My Story and Approach

My journey into coaching began with my own experiences. Diagnosed with ADHD at a young age, I had to navigate an educational system that wasn’t built for how my brain worked. Through my time at Florida State University (B.S. in Criminology, minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship), I realized how critical it is to have developmental resources tailored to the individual, not just the system.

Today, as an Executive Function & Career Coach, I work directly with high school and college students to help them identify their goals, improve their daily workflows, and build the habits necessary to succeed in school and early career transitions. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed by the job market or who need structured accountability to thrive.

Beyond coaching, my background includes extensive work in Technical Recruiting, Digital Product Development, and Entrepreneurship. Having navigated the tech industry from multiple angles (from reviewing thousands of resumes to launching my own apps), I know exactly what companies look for in candidates, and what it takes to build successful digital products from scratch.

In 2023, I launched Growth Mind Co. to merge these passions. Whether I am coaching a student toward career clarity or advising a business on their next app, my purpose remains the same: helping people turn complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
