What is executive function coaching?
Executive function coaching helps individuals, particularly students discovering they have ADHD, build the mental skills needed to plan, focus, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully. It’s about creating systems that work for your brain, not against it.
Can parents be involved in the career coaching process?
Absolutely. I actively encourage parents to join the initial consultation. The goal is to provide parents with peace of mind knowing their child has a structured, supportive environment, while giving the student the autonomy they need to take ownership of their path.
Why do you offer both student coaching and business consulting?
Both require the same core skill: turning complex, overwhelming challenges into clear, actionable roadmaps. My journey actually began as an entrepreneur, building my first product in college. Navigating those complex business situations developed the core problem-solving skills that allow me to be an effective coach today. Over the past 5+ years as an Executive Function and Career Coach, I've been dedicated entirely to helping students overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Combine that with my background recruiting for Fortune 500 companies, and my students get an invaluable, insider’s view of the hiring process. Ultimately, my coaching is powered by real-world industry expertise, while my business consulting focuses heavily on the human experience of the products we build.
