My Story

Here's what I know about myself: I don't fit in boxes. An early ADHD diagnosis made that clear pretty quickly. But instead of fighting it, I leaned into understanding behavior, building personal systems, and learning how to apply myself in a rapidly advancing world. Through my time at Florida State University (B.S. in Criminology, minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship), I realized how critical it is to have developmental resources tailored to the individual, not just the system.

Today, as a Career & Executive Function Coach, I draw on my years of experience designing career development programs and providing dedicated 1:1 coaching to work directly with high school and college students. I help them navigate early career transitions, discover pathways aligned with their strengths, and build the critical executive functioning habits, like structured workflows and accountability, necessary to succeed in the classroom and the job market. I specialize in helping individuals who feel overwhelmed by their career choices or who simply need a clear, actionable roadmap to thrive.

Beyond coaching, my background encompasses over nine years of experience across Product Development, Technical Recruiting, and Entrepreneurship. Having sourced IT professionals for Fortune 500 companies, I know exactly what employers look for in top talent. As an entrepreneur, I founded a consumer product company that achieved "Amazon's Choice" status and sold over 350,000 units globally. I have also designed and launched several digital applications, from an iOS memory preservation app to custom AI-powered career tools.

What sets my approach apart is that I don’t just operate in the academic space. Unlike many coaches who focus solely on theory and client work, I bring a decade of hands-on experience creating opportunities for myself, building businesses from the ground up, and recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. This allows me to guide students with a level of practical, 'in-the-trenches' insight that standard coaching simply can’t provide.

In 2023, I launched Growth Mind Co. to merge these passions. Whether I am coaching a student toward career clarity using our flagship platform, AIPA Pathways, or advising a business on their next human-centered product, my purpose remains the same: helping people turn complex challenges into clear, actionable steps.
